1. No. i never knew that. In march1848 the falls ran dry. A wind from Lake Erie caused ice to jam up the dam at the mouth of the falls causing the water flow to be reduced to a trickle.

1. 1848. It stopped. Wind pushed the ice blocked the river source which stopped the waters from flowing. I can't believe it happened. I would have never guessed that niagra falls was stopped at one point.
2. A ship by Halifax was fully loaded with war time explosives. It accidently colided with a Norwegian ship. About 2,000 people were killed by debris, fires, or building falling on them. That was a major acciendent on the captions part.
In a montreal school. A guy with a rifle wanted men to leave the class. He just started shooting yelling, "I want women" I can't believe people would do that.
